For a headache, soak in a warm bath for at least 20 minutes with the following blend of oils. Use the same blend in area sprays or aroma lamp to clear the air. This blend works especially well for sinus headaches and stuffiness.

5 drops	....................	Eucalyptus
2 drops	....................	Pine
8 drops	....................	Rosemary
	Additions:	Oil

How to Use:

Bath/Shower:

When adding essential the essential oils to the hot bath, wait until the water has stopped running, so they don't evaporate. You can dilute the oils in a base oil or honey, or add them neat, using a total of 10 to 14 drops per bath as a general rule.

Lamps/Diffusers:

15 to 20 drops of a blend can be used at a time in most standard sized aroma lamps.

Mist Spray:

As a general rule use 15-30 drops per cup (8 oz.) of liquid for mist sprays, depending on your preference and the strength of the essential oils.
