Massage blend to relieve pain. Indicated for arthritis, back pain, or aches and pains in general.

2 drops .................... Eucalyptus
10 drops .................... Lavender
6 drops .................... Wintergreen
Additions: Oil
How to Use:

Massage/Skin Care: When applying essential oils to the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil before applying. 1 - 2 drops EO per teaspoon or 5 drops EO per tablespoon of base oil. For use on young children and frail adults you want to cut the amount of essential oils in half.

Cautions:Peppermint may be substituted for wintergreen, which contains high levels of methyl salicylate. Use sparingly - Can cause skin irritation.
