Massage over infected area ( chest, throat, or sinus) 3 times a day. Use the same blend in a room diffuser to disinfect the air, ease breathing, and uplift the spirit.

5 drops .................... Lavender

2 drops .................... Ravensara
.................... Carriers: Oil
How to Use:

Massage: When applying essential oils to the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil before applying. 5 drops EO per teaspoon or 15 drops EO per tablespoon of base oil . One teaspoon will be sufficient for most bodies.

Lamps/Diffusers:

15 to 20 drops of a blend can be used at a time in most standard sized aroma lamps.

Mist Spray:

As a general rule use 1 drop per ml, (30 drops per ounce of liquid) for mist sprays.
