Massage this blend on the chest and back, then cover up and keep warm. These oils will help ease breathing and quiet a dry cough. You can also diffuse the blend in the room.

10 drops .................... Eucalyptus
10 drops .................... Lemon
3 drops .................... Thyme
3 drops .................... Oregano

How to Use:

Massage/Skin Care: When applying essential oils to the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil before applying. 1 - 2 drops EO per teaspoon or 5 drops EO per tablespoon of base oil. For use on young children and frail adults you want to cut the amount of essential oils in half.

Lamps/Diffusers:

15 to 20 drops of a blend can be used at a time in most standard sized aroma lamps.
