Chamomile For Asthma And Shortness Of Breath Due To Anxiety

Chamomile for Asthma 589

A gentle massage on the back with chamomile can help ease an asthma attack. You can also use a few drops of chamomile on a tissue to inhale, or add it to an aroma lamp.

5 drops .................... Chamomile
Additions: Oil
How to Use:

Massage/Skin Care: When applying essential oils to the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil before applying. 1 - 2 drops EO per teaspoon or 5 drops EO per tablespoon of base oil. For use on young children and frail adults you want to cut the amount of essential oils in half.

Lamps/Diffusers:

15 to 20 drops of a blend can be used at a time in most standard sized aroma lamps.

Cautions:Some are allergic to Chamomile and any member of the ragweed family.
