Bath Salts, Flower Bath Chamomile And Rose

Floral bath soak 592

This floral bath soak will relax away even the most stressful day. If you don't have loose chamomile or rose petals, substitute tea bags instead.

10 drops .................... Geranium
20 drops .................... Lavender
5 drops .................... Orange
Additions: Jojoba oil, rose petals, chamomile flowers
How to Use:

Mix basic bath salts(1/2 cup sea salt, 1/2 cup baking soda) with a light carrier oil and essential oils, pour in bath. Float muslin bag with a mixture of chamomile flowers and rose petals in bath and soak away your worries.

Bath/Shower:

When adding essential the essential oils to the hot bath, wait until the water has stopped running, so they don't evaporate. You can dilute the oils in a base oil or honey, or add them neat, using a total of 10 to 14 drops per bath as a general rule.

Salts/Scrubs:

Basic salts base :
3 parts Epsom salt
1/2 cup coarse sea salt

Body Scrubs Body scrubs call for combining essential oils and carrier oils with a slightly abrasive base, such as sugar, salts, and ground almonds or oats.

Combine with essential oils in a lidded jar or tin, shake, uncap and enjoy the aroma, or add to baths and foot soaks. Replenish oils as desired.
